Please remember our MANDATORY cheer uniform fittings are this Monday and Tuesday, 6-8 PM, Thornville Elem Gym. (DISREGARD IF YOU CAME TO A SATURDAY APPT!)
Monday is Peewee (1st & 2nd grades)
If possible, please come on the time schedule below so we can be as efficient as possible! NOTE: SCHEDULE IS DIFFERENT MONDAY VS. TUESDAY!
6:00 – last name A-C
6:30 – last name D-I
7:00 – last name J-R
7:30 – last name S-Z
Tuesday is JV & Varsity (3rd, 4th, 5th, & 6th grades)
6:00 – last name A-H
6:30 – last name I-M
7:00 – last name N-S
7:30 – last name T-Z
***IMPORTANT***
-Your cheerleaders MUST wear a bathing suit or leotard, one piece is preferable.
-Bring Sponsor Shirt info/money
-$145 deposit is due at fitting – subtract popcorn $ and sponsor $ to get what you owe Monday/Tuesday from $145. Reach out to Amy Koehler for amount due tomorrow if you need it.
-Your final balance due after fittings will depend on selections for bags and warm ups. We will send that out in the coming week, the balance of season costs will be due before July 2nd.
-You MUST BRING A CHARGED CELL PHONE FOR US TO SUBMIT SIZES TO VARSITY.
-If you ordered a shirt online, we will have it for you at fittings. You can pay via, cash, check or VENMO.
